The solicitation requires a comprehensive service that includes all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform waste management operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The initial contract period will run from 03 June 2025 to 31 May 2026, with provisions for four additional twelve-month option periods and a potential six-month service extension. The contract is categorized under NAICS code 562111 for Solid Waste Collection and PSC code S205 for Housekeeping-Trash/Garbage Collection. Interested contractors must submit their proposals by May 14, 2025, and should carefully review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) to understand the full scope of requirements.
