This project consists of decommissioning two lagoons and a sand filter at the Red River Work Center. Work includes the removal of and disposal of remaining sludge within the lagoons, removal and disposal of membrane liners in the lagoons and sand filter, andy above grade structures and piping, removal of fencing and filling in and grading to drain the lagoons and sand filter with soil material from the Red River Pit and waste site at the Crooked River Road turnout off State Highway 14. Work also includes seeding disturbed areas, filling in an abandoned manhole with ¾ minus chips and capping any abandoned pipes.

Price Range: $25K to $100K.

No pre-bid tour.
