Project Description - Work in the Starr Snow Park includes application of a tack coat and a 1.5 thick Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) overlay on 0.20 mile long segment of road 4920333, and the reconditioning of a snow park parking lot area and approach roads - followed by placement of a prime coat and a 3.0 thick HMAC mat.

An alternate item is included to apply a tack coat and a 1.5 thich HMAC overlay instead of the asphalt surface treatments
