RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE 70.
The International Technology Service, Office of the Chief Information Officer, Department of Agriculture is soliciting quotes for brand name product under GSA E-Buy RFQ380552 for the following:
CLIN 001:
Software and support: CA Workload Automation Server Licenses (6 Servers) w/ 12 months of support/subscription.
Qty: 75
P/N: WKLSVR990
CLIN 002:
Software and support: CA ESP Workload Automation Database Agents Licenses w/ 12 months of support/subscription.
Qty: 75
P/N: WKLADA990
CLIN 003:
On-site consultation and implementation hours for software purchased under CLIN 001 & 002.
Qty: Approx. 34 (hours)
Place of Performance:
Delivery will be to

Kansas City, MO 64141
Evaluation Factors: In accordance with FAR 8.4, the Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered.
The applicable NAICS code is 423430. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price delivery order. This procurement is considered full and open competition, per FAR 8.404(a).
This solicitation will be available for download on or about July 28, 2009 from GSAs E-buy site. Any amendments will be available via the site as well. Only responses submitted via GSAs E-buy will be considered. Closing date will be approximately 10 days after issuance of RFQ.
