This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS (http://www.fbo.gov). The Request For Quote (RFQ) number is FA671220QA004. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-06. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.acqnet.gov/far and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/dfars/index.htm. The NAICS code is 339920 and the Small Business Standard is 750 Employees.
The proposed contract is 100% total set-aside for Small Business.
Any award shall be made on the evaluation basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
The Pittsburgh 911th Airlift Wing located in Coraopolis, PA is seeking quotes from small business vendors for the following:
CLIN 0001:
- Purchase and installation of Range Target Retrieval System. Includes dismantling currently installed system and installation of new system. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for specifications.
Site Visit: Per FAR 52.237-1, quoters are urged and expected to attend a site-visit to survey the range and ask questions to subject matter experts concerning this requirement. The site-visit will be held Monday August 3rd 2020 at 1000. The address of the range is 790 Bocktown Cork Rd, Clinton PA 15026-1146.
