Q.1 I'm interested in the solicitation. What is the period of performance for the Contractor for the solicitation listed above?
A.1 One (1) year from date of award
Q.2 Is this solicitation due October 16 or is it due on November 1 per the SF 1449?
A.2 COB (4:30 Central) on Friday, October 16th
Q.3 Is there an incumbent currently doing this work?
A.3 No - We have a huge workload and the existing Accreditation Specialist can not complete all the many tasks that need to be addressed in the timeframe required. The contractor will be working with the Accreditation Specialist.
Q.4 Are offeror's only evaluated on the resume and price?
A.1 Yes
Q.5 Are there any other technical or management factors required in the proposal such as a staffing plan/quality control plan/etc.?

A.10 Yes, so long as they have experience in development of plans, policies, and procedures for the Accreditation, Quality Assurance and Improvement, Compliance, and Risk Management programs

The contractor is responsible for assisting with the development of plans, policies, and procedures for the Accreditation, Quality Assurance and Improvement, Compliance, and Risk Management programs for the WESU.
