This RFQ/Solicitation is cancelled.
A new RFQ will be posted with a revised Statement of Work. The new RFQ will be posted under SB1341-16-RQ-0399-A.

This amendment is for the following:
1)Extend the response due date of this RFQ by 5 days, new response due date is Friday 6/24/2016, by 10:00 am.
2) To clarify answer to previous question and new question to extend the
Question: I am also looking for any more detailed information regarding Line Item 1 item i. What is the floor slope and what is the actual floor material? i.e. concrete, gravel.
Answer: The floor is level and is made of concrete. However, there is a slight height difference (ranging from about ¼" - ½") between the main floor and the strong floor over which the module will be set up.
3)New Question:This is a request for 1-2 extra days to submit my quote based on the revision Dated June 15. Thank you for you consideration.
Answer: RFQ will be extended by 5 days, new response due date is Friday 6/24/2016.

This amendment is to publicly provide answers to questions posed by interested parties, and to also include diagram/sketch, also referred to as "Figure 1" in the Statement of Work.
The following questions were asked.
Question #1:If you have spec such as 2x4 16 on center or a design or do you want us to design and build?
Answer: Contractor shall design and build.
Question #2: Do you want this built on concrete or scaffolding?
Answer: The module shall be built on a concrete floor.
Question #3:Please let me know if the line item 3 item is truly OPTIONAL;
Answer: Line Item 3 is optional.
Question #4:I could not find "Figure 1" that is referenced in the Statement of Work several times. Can you please email me Figure 1 or a link where I can download it.
Answer: It will be attached to the RFQ Amendment #1.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Office of Information Systems Management (OISM) has a requirement for a Prefabricated In-plant module that will be installed at NIST in a high bay area (Building 202 Engineering Mechanics - Room A130). The space will be used to conduct experiments to develop test methods and provide ground truth measurements in support of the Robotic Systems for Smart Manufacturing Program.

Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract.
