  1. Description of  item(s) to be acquired:

The requirement is to provide 309th Missile Maintenance Group (MMXG) at Vanderburg AFB for a commodity purchase of one (1) portable hydraulic test stand, model #153052-100 with incidental service contract to  repair one (1) existing test stand.  The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, support equipment, tools, software, and documentation necessary to perform repairs of the existing portable hydraulic test stand.

  1. Period of Performance:

Delivery is to be completed within 22 weeks After Date of Contract (ADC). FOB Destination.

  1. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
    1. price;
    2. technically acceptability as specified in the attached purchase specification

 

 

 

  1. Evaluation is on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. All offers will be evaluated on their proposed Total Evaluated Price (TEP). The contract will be awarded to the company with lowest price offers, which also fully meets all specifications. Only the lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability. The next lowest offer will only be evaluated if one of the aforementioned offers is not found technically acceptable (and so on). Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
  1. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding agreement without further action by either party. Before the offer’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
