Description and Specifications for (Hydraulic Cart)
The Hydraulic Test Stand is a portable, self-contained, dual-output system hydraulic pumping unit designed to service and evaluate the hydraulic systems of the aircraft for which it is intended. It is driven by a single 7.5 H.P electric motor. The HTS performs the following functions:
Provides a source of hydraulic fluid at controlled pressures and flow rates to operate the aircraft hydraulic components for evaluation and/or testing purposes, eliminating the need to operate the aircraft's engines for hydraulic power.
Tests the aircraft's hydraulic systems for evidence of component malfunction or pressure leakage
A high-pressure filter which removes particulate matter down to 3 microns from the supply fluid, and a low-pressure (boost) filter which filters incoming fluid down to 10 microns

CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS
Delivery:
The contractor shall deliver the equipment to the following address located at Vandenberg Air Force

Portable Hydraulic Cart Warranty
The contractor shall provide a standard commercial warranty. Contractor shall be solely responsible for all warrantied repairs and cost related to such repairs to included material, labor and transportation per the one year of active warranty. Per expiration of warranty all related upkeep will be the sole responsibility of the government or its representatives.
Other Service:
Pre-existing cart purchased by VAFB requires a modification.
1. Contractor shall modify pre-existing cart located at Vandenberg AFB. Cart must be retrofitted for 208 VAC 3 Phase 50/62 Hz, 50 Amps service
2. Government representative from VAFB will provide shipment of cart to manufacture and all transportation needs
3. Contractor will notify VAFB via email after completion of modification to arrange transportation return.
Service Warranty:
Extended coverage of warranty shall cover modification for one year.
