The purpose of this amendment is to remove  and replace two items of information requested by the government to be included in quote submissions in response to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, N3904020Q0138.

              a. Technical acceptability will be based on the demonstrated ability to meet the technical requirement, including the delivery requirement. To ensure technical compliance with the requirements, vendor quotes shall include the following information.

REMOVED

TO REPLACE

  1. Confirm Ability to provide calculations/analysis - All calculations required for the design of the lifting pads shall be performed by a structural engineer and/or certified by a registered Professional Engineer and submitted to the PNSY upon award. The quote submission must include confirmation that the vendor is able to provide the calculations and analysis post-award and the estimated timeline for the deliverable.
  2. Confirm Ability to provide detailed drawings of design, installation and welding requirements for the modular building described in this specification.  All drawings shall be certified by a registered professional engineer.
