Solicitation N00173-22-R-LN10 is for Optoelectronics and Radiation Effects Research. The general scope of this requirement is to provide scientific and engineering support for advanced semiconductor materials, devices, and circuits to increase capability and reliability of military missions for both terrestrial and space applications.
NRL intends to award a single Cost and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract to a single vendor from this solicitation.
