About this opportunity
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking to procure Monitoring System Processing Blades through a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. The government intends to solicit only Concurrent Technologies Inc., the sole source for this proprietary equipment that is critical for the Total Ship Monitoring System used on various submarine classes. Interested parties may submit capability statements by 12:00 PM EST on September 10, 2024, but this is not a competitive solicitation. Responses must include pricing, delivery terms, contact information, business size, and the ability to meet all specifications and requirements.
This opportunity is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The work will be performed in Westlake, Maryland. While specific award value or quantity details are not provided, the justification indicates the equipment from Concurrent Technologies is a critical pathway component, and failure to procure it will result in a loss of data during acoustic trials due to limited ship availability.
