NAICS: 236220, Size Standard: $36.5 million, 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Davis Bacon wage rates are applicable and are attached. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the Disclosure of the Magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $200,000.

SITE VISIT



A one time site visit is scheduled for August 19, 2016 at 9:00 am. All offerors are EXPECTED to inspect the site where the work will be performed.



Failure to attend the site visit and failure to identify obvious conditions does not constitute a valid claim for a differing site condition once the work is executed.



This will be the only opportunity to be escorted to the site and inspect it.



Please meet promptly at 9:00 am in the BLM/NIFC Contracting Conference Room, 3833 S Development Ave, Boise ID. The conference room is in the Owyhee Building, Suite 1200. You will be required to provide ID at the campus entrance and obtain a visitor's pass. Please ensure you arrive on time.



QUESTIONS DEADLINE



In order to maintain the project schedule, any questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer (ronaldsmith@blm.gov) no later than 9:00 am MDT, August 26, 2016. An amendment will be posted with all questions and answers.
