UPDATE 1: The purpose of this update is to:
1 - Clarify that the RFQ number associated with this solicitation is N00173-21-Q-TS01, not N00173-21-Q-TS03. The updated Combined Synopsis-Sol clarifying this is attached.
2 - Provide Answers to Questions received:
Question 1: If our company has completed the annual representation and certification electronically in SAM is it OK for us to just complete paragraph (b) from the FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Feb 2021), Alternate I (OCT 2014) section in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document or we need to complete paragraphs (b) through (v) regardless of whether we have completed the annual representations and certification in SAM?
Answer 1: Yes, IAW FAR 52.212-3, Alt. 1 of the RFQ, the Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically in SAM.

NRL Code 7530 requires a commercial brand name (Dell) high performance computing system to support the highly parallel computations required to execute the Navy Environmental Prediction System Utilizing the NUMA core weather prediction model (NEPTUNE) and its supporting data assimilation and observation processing applications to produce real-time demonstration weather forecasts.
