ANSWER #1: The SOW has the following language:
3.1.3 Heating and Cooling
The chamber, with mechanical cooling, will perform the following temperature transitions:
+85 °C to -65 °C in 15 minutes or less (10 °C per minute average rate of change)
-65 °C to +85 °C in 15 minutes or less (10 °C per minute average rate of change)
QUESTION #2: One pulldown at the specified rate will require 13 lbs. per minute with a total of 195 lbs. LN2 total for each pull down. This is much more than can be handled by portable dewar bottles.
ANSWER #2: The chamber shall have LN2 boost capability for high ramp rate applications.
QUESTION #3: Do you also have flexible LN2 connections at the installation site (Vacuum jacketed lines)?
ANSWER #3: We currently use portable LN2 bottles only for boost, not for primary cooling.
