This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-15-Q-0453 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, Defense Circular Number 20150826, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2015-0406. This procurement is being issued with small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541990 with a size standard of $15.0 Million or less. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN):
CLIN 0001 - All personnel, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, lodging, and transportation necessary to Configure and Install CMOUTS CONEX's at the 68 RQF Training Site at Davis-Monthan AFB Tucson, AZ IAW the attached Performance Work Statement.
Period of Performance is not to exceed 365 days from date of contract award.
Due to the specialized nature and size of this purchase a site visit will be held Wednesday, 16 September 2015 at 10:00 AM Arizona Local Time, attendance is highly encouraged. All contractors attending the site visit will meet at the visitors center located at the main gate at the intersection of Craycroft Rd and Golf Links Blvd at 9:30 AM Arizona Local Time. To attend the site visit please send the name, date of birth, social security number, and drivers licenses number of the persons attending the site visit to SrA Daniel Hughes at daniel.hughes.15@us.af.mil and SrA Derek Berry, derek.berry.1 @us.af.mil no later than 1:00 PM Arizona Local Time Monday, 14 September 2015.
