This solicitation seeks proposals to provide 24 remotely controlled vehicles and 18 towed targets to support a Singapore Armed Forces training exercise at Mountain Home Air Force Base from September 13-23, 2021. The total small business set-aside solicitation has a place of performance in Mountain Home, Idaho and seeks pricing for line items delivered between exercise dates. Specifically, the contractor must provide 24 RCVs in two colors along with up to eight control teams to operate 18 towed targets from stations up to 10 miles away during day and night operations. The Air Force will coordinate frequencies, provide secure staging, and dispose of equipment after completion of the Singapore Armed Forces training from September 13-23, 2021.

XFS21 is a Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) exercise that will be held at Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB), Idaho, USA, from 13 to 23 Sep 2021. The SAF will lease a total of 24 Remotely-Controlled Vehicles (RCVs), 18 tow-boxes and conduct RCV operations in both Saylor Creek Range (SCR) and Orchard Combat Training Center (OCTC). All RCVs and attached tow-boxes will be utilised throughout the exercise and used to simulate moving targets. The SAF will employ Fighters’ inert bombs, AH-64 hydra rockets and 30mm guns to engage these targets. While the RCVs are operated by the contractor, the SAF RCV Liaison Officer (LO) based at MHAFB, will have direct command and control over the movement of the RCV
