This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80AFRC21Q0005 for three each, Shipping Container Express (CONEX) as described in Attachment 1, named Statement of Work (SOW) dated January 26, 2021, and following the configurations specified in Attachment 2, named Conceptual Layouts.
The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2021-05

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 332439 and 500 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition.
All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
Delivery to Neil A. Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) located at 4800 Lilly Ave, Edwards, CA 93523 is required within 90 days after receipt of order. Delivery shall be free on board (FOB) Destination. Performance will be located at the contractor’s location.
Follow detailed delivery instructions on Section 8 of the SOW.
Offers for the items(s) described above are due by March 29, 2021 by 4:30 p.m. and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative.
