--SOLICITATION FOR MICROWAVE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES--
CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, NM

This is a request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by the 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron at 110 E. Alison Ave, Cannon AFB, NM, 88103.
The Government anticipates one contract to be awarded as a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside. The proposed contract action is for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12 and is for services which the Government intends to solicit using Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable source selection procedures.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
30 September 2018 through 29 September 2019.


BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The Government is currently seeking services to support the microwave communication systems employed at Cannon Air Force Base and Melrose Air Force Range. Offerors will be expected to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation necessary to perform microwave systems maintenance and support services. Maintenance services include servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, replacement parts installation, and returning to operation all equipment and systems employed to provide continuous and reliable communications. Offerors shall ensure service technicians are trained and qualified to maintain all systems. Microwave systems employed: Tri-link, Harris Stratex, Motorolla PTP 600, and Nokia. Offerors are expected to ensure Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications are met on all microwave systems in accordance with the PWS.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Site visit requests must be submitted to the points of contact listed in this solicitation at least 14 days (including weekends) prior to the solicitation end date of this solicitation. There will be only one (1) site visit held for all interested offerors, inclusively.
