Added: Mar 03, 2017 1:52 pm This is a Sources Sought for FA483017QS009 announcement seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in the acquisition. We plan to establish a firm-fixed price contract to provide all non-personal services, to include, labor, equipment, materials and related items necessary to provide Collection and Disposal of Biomedical material for 23d Medical Group at Moody AFB, GA.
The designated NAICS Code is 562211 Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal with size standard of $38.5 million. The solicitation is anticipated to include a one (1) year base and four (4) one-year options.
Your response shall reference the sources sought number and shall include the following information:
•Business Name
•CAGE Code
•Point of contact name, email address, and telephone and fax numbers
•Capabilities to perform and/or hire qualified personnel/subcontractors for this type of acquisition
•Business size and any/all socio-economic category(ies) for the identified NAICS code, includingSmall Business, HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Women-Owned Small Business, and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business.
•Percentage of the work your company is able to perform for these services in the identifiedsocio-economic categories. Identify whether your company would team with another smallbusiness in order to meet the applicable subcontracting limitations of your socio-economiccategory (ies). The subcontracting limitations are outlined in FAR 52.219-3, 52.219-14, 52.219-27, 52.219-29, and/or 52.219-30, as appropriate.
•Is your company registered in System for Award Management with this NAICS?
•Please include a statement indicating if your company is interested in providing a proposal orquote in response to a potential future solicitation by the government.
•Any other NAICS code to be considered for the acquisition.
