This Statement of Work (SOW) provides the need for its primary focus of Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for the Coast Guard Academy Academic division core and service courses, providing general mathematical tutoring and supporting mathematics, as well as Operations Research and Computer Analysis (ORCA) major courses. The United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) meets the needs of the Coast Guard by graduating leaders of character who can function as technically competent professionals. The Mathematics Department offers numerous core curriculum courses covering fundamentals of mathematical reasoning and analysis. In addition, the Department offers ORCA courses for its majors, which focuses on enabling its graduates to conceptualize and describe reality using the tools of mathematics and statistics, analyze possible models and solutions, use appropriate computer technology, apply these skills to specific Coast Guard problems, and effectively communicate solutions.

Please see detailed requirements as provided in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The location of work is US Coast Guard Academy Math. Dept., 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320.

Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Base Plus Four (04) Option Years to extend to services scheduled as follows:

Base Year----------------  01 Sep. 2020 to 31 Aug. 2121

Option Year One (01)-  01 Sept. 2021 to 31 Aug. 2022

Option Year Two (02)-  01 Sept. 2022 to 31 Aug. 2023

Option Year Three (03)-01 Sept. 2023 to 31 Aug. 2024

Option Year Four (04)-  01 Sept. 2024 to 31 Aug. 2025
