The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk of Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure Rubber Blocks manufactured to the industry specification of ASTM D2000 M4BG610A14B14E014 to be used in Norfolk Naval Shipyard on board the USS SAN FANCISCO The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339991(Gasket, packing, and sealing device manufacturing). The procurement will be 100% set aside for small business. The contract line item is as follows:
