This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. 

The USDA, ARS, in Stuttgart, AR has the need for a maintenance agreement for Cummins generators, per the attached statement of work (SOW).

This includes (2) service visits annually: (1) Maintenance Inspection and one (1) Full Maintenance Service. Must have the capabability to access the Cummins troubleshooting electronic software to perform a complete diagnostic test required to insure generator setpoints are in operating perimeters. 

The Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations will be incorporated into this contract.

Contract terms are for a base plus 4-option years. All responses should include pricing for each year.

The government anticipates award of a firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications that will be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
