THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO UPDATE THE WAGE RATE DETERMINATIONS DOCUMENTS TO MATCH THE CORRECT STATE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. ALL ELSE REMAINS THE SAME.

Notice: 100% Set-Aside under the Total Small Business Procurement Program,
IAW FAR Subpart 19.502.2 award will be based on Lowest Price Technically
Acceptable quote meeting requirements of the specifications.

The NAICS code for this solicitation is 541370 or equivalent Contractors must
be currently listed in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a small business
for this solicitation's NAICS code. Those offers not listed as a small
business for the appropriate NAICS may be deemed ineligible for further consideration.
