This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, Defense Publication Notice 20161222, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-1003.


3) The NAICS is 811213, Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $11 Million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.


4) Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Maintenance for Motorola certified equipment at Minot AFB, North Dakota. Minot AFB requires all offerors to be certified to repair and maintain Motorola equipment. Maintenance services shall include Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI), troubleshooting, installations, and removals of fixed station equipment and other equipment, repair, removal, and replacements of parts and components to maintain an item. Equipment shall be maintained so that its performance will equal or exceed the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Please reference Attachment I, Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further detail.


5) Pricing must be completed utilizing Attachment II, CLIN Pricing and submitted by 10 December 2017, 10:00 a.m. CST. Past Performance Information Forms(PPIFs) should be completed and returned as soon as possible, but no later than 10 December 2017, 10:00 a.m. CST. Both must be electronically submitted via email to the following points of contact. The offeror must request and obtain an acknowledgement of receipt for electronic submission. All questions must be submitted by 21 November 2017, 10:00 A.M. CST. Failure to send quotes to both POCs may result in being eliminated from award.
