The United States Air Force through Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is contemplating an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) non-commercial services contract for engineering services to support the KC-10/KDC-10 fleet. The contract will provide for engineering and technical services and data, and will consist of firm fixed price (FFP), cost plus fixed fee (CPFF), cost reimbursable-no fee (CR), fixed price incentive firm (FPIF), and cost plus incentive fee (CPIF) CLINs. The line items cited below are for a six year and six month contract consisting of three ordering periods with a 2-year base and two 2-year options with potential for a six month extension of service. This requirement is anticipated to be sole sourced.

Mandatory Language:
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Boeing Aerospace Operations, under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
