NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT
The 766 Specialized Contracting Squadron, located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor‐Hickam, Hawaii, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source based on FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For a contractor to be able to accomplish this project, the control wiring must be uninstalled from the old housings and reinstalled into the new housings. The controls of the MCC housings must also be reconfigured and will need to interface with existing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Inventory Control System (ICS) to integrate the new MCCs with the rest of the MMHS. The Government does not own PLCs/ICS source codes.
