Added: Nov 30, 2015 5:09 pm Amendment 02: The purpose of this amendment (Amendment No. 02) is to extend the proposal due date from 30 November 2015 to 2 December 2015. The due date is being extended due to issues with DARPA's BAA (proposal submission) Website experienced by proposers on 30 November 2015 that prevented proposal submissions from being completed. Those proposers who successfully submitted through DARPA's BAA (proposal submission) Website prior to the 30 November 2015 due date are not required to resubmit their proposals as a result of this extension. However, those proposers who did successfully submit through DARPA's BAA (proposal submission) Website prior to the 30 November 2015 due date may, if they choose, resubmit their proposals - but the resubmitted proposal must very clearly note that it is being submitted in place of a previous submission. See the changes highlighted in yellow in the attached DARPA-BAA-16-03 document through amendment 02.

Update #1 ·
Added: Oct 09, 2015 10:24 am DARPA seeks proposals for the design and prototyping of vanishing air delivery vehicles capable of precise, gentle drops of small payloads. These precision vehicles must be guaranteed to rapidly physically disappear following safe payload delivery. Proposed efforts must integrate engineered vanishing materials into advanced aerodynamic designs to produce an autonomously vanishing, field-testable prototype vehicle by the end of the two-year program.
