Please submit in MS PowerPoint (preferred) or equivalent file format.
Guidance for ICARUS proposal summary slide
Technical Approach Team organization, cost, milestones and schedule What is unique about your approach? Why will it succeed?
Outline clearly how you plan to accomplish technical goals and program metrics stated in the BAA.
What are the fundamental performance vs. SWaP/materials/transience trade-offs?
What enabling technology is needed for this technology approach? Is it currently available, commercial off the shelf?
What are the major technical risk elements and how do you plan to address/mitigate them?
Include a graphic that summarizes the proposed effort and technical approach.
Show the proposed team organization, cost, technical milestones (intermediate and end-of-phase milestones), and project schedule.
Highlight proposed deliverables: data, reports, software, simulations, prototype components, etc.
Outcomes/Transition List the proposed performance goals and timeline as quantitative metrics.
Are there any dual-use applications enabled by this technology?
Describe or diagram the full use scenario from the shelf to transience.
Who are potential transition partners within DoD and the commercial realm? (for the vehicle and the transient materials, if applicable) Describe the team’s manufacturing capability or its partnerships that may support small-to-medium lot manufacturing of the vehicles and transient materials, if possible.
