The Government does not own the Technical Data Package (TDP) for the NSN or the AN/PSQ-20B Enhanced Night Visiion Goggle, and cannot obtain the TDP.
Because this acqusition will be using sole source authority at FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
A DD 254 Contract Security Classification Specification is part of this requirement and will be included in the RFP.
This RFP will be issued unrestricted.
