About this opportunity
This Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice from the Naval Air Systems Command Naval Air Warfare Center is to award a sole source contract to incumbent Bugeye Technologies to provide F-35 and F-18 flight simulator hardware including sticks, throttles, and interface software for an estimated value of $4 million over two fiscal years. A sources sought notice yielded only one response deemed non-compliant as the proposed equipment required significant redesign and increased costs, and changing vendors would also require purchasing and integrating existing devices.
