You are hereby invited to submit a Quote for Ivanti 's Heat Maintenance and Support, which is attached to this Solicitation.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is NRC-RFQ-RG2-18-277 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. The contract type intended for this procurement is a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210.
Quote must provide Firm Fixed Pricing.
The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain maintenance and support for Ivanti's HEAT customer support ticketing software that was previously purchased by the NRC Region II Office in Atlanta, GA.
Interested bidders MUST SUBMIT a written valid certification from Ivanti as a license authorized reseller along with quote.
You must have an Active SAM registration and IPP registration account.
The period of performance is:
Base year: 10/22/2018 - 10/21/2019
Option Year 1: 10/22/2019 - 10/21/2020
Option Year 2: 10/22/2020 - 10/21/2021
Option Year 3: 10/22/2021 - 10/21/2022
All response must be in writing. NO telephone calls.
EVALUATION:
The Government will award a contract to the offeror that submit an offer that is technically acceptable, lowest priced offer. The purchase order will be awarded to the offeror with the best price after technical requirement are met. Technically acceptable is defined as quoters having the capability to provide all of the equipment specified Technical factors will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis.
NRC intends to evaluate offers and award without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.
Prospective Quoters may submit questions in response to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation in writing no later than the date posted on this solicitation.
