About this opportunity

This Limited/Sole Source Justification Notice from the Defense Health Agency is exercising a six-month bridge contract extension with Altarum Institute Inc. for operational support services related to the Health Care Survey of DoD Beneficiaries, TRICARE Standard Survey of Civilian Providers, and TRICARE Standard Survey of Beneficiaries. These services include designing survey tools, conducting data collection and analysis, and producing reports.
