This is a pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation 36C24620Q0317 will be issued on or about March 13th, 2020. Hampton VA Medical Center, located in Hampton, VA has a requirement for Electrical Testing and Repair services. Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, equipment, personnel/labor, and technical supervision required to perform inspections, repairs, testing, cleaning, calibrations, and adjustments on the electrical power distribution system and associated equipment at Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center. This is a 4160-volt primary system that includes various secondary voltages and both emergency and normal power sources.
This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 238210 with a size standard of $16.5 million. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to Breon.campbell@va.gov.

This is a sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified potential offerors. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request.
