About this opportunity
This pre-solicitation notice is for electrical testing and repair services required by the Hampton VA Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 for electrical contractors and other wiring installation contractors with a size standard of $16.5 million. The contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, equipment, personnel, and technical supervision required to perform services on the electrical systems. The power distribution system includes various secondary voltages to support both emergency and normal power sources for the medical center.

This is a pre-solicitation notice. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. Solicitation 36C24620Q0317 will be issued on or about March 13th, 2020. Hampton VA Medical Center, located in Hampton, VA has a requirement for Electrical Testing and Repair services. Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, equipment, personnel/labor, and technical supervision required to perform inspections, repairs, testing, cleaning, calibrations, and adjustments on the electrical power distribution system and associated equipment at Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center. This is a 4160-volt primary system that includes various secondary voltages and both emergency and normal power sources.
This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 238210 with a size standard of $16.5 million. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to Breon.campbell@va.gov.
