The National Park Service (NPS), Northern Rockies MABO Contracting Office seeks to determine the availability and capability of potential SMALL BUSINESSES, CERTIFIED 8(a) SMALL BUSINESSES, CERTIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESSES, CERTIFIED SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS, and/or WOMAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES for the project below. The Government anticipates a competitive method of procurement. The information received as a result of this market research will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement under one of SBA's socioeconomic business programs. Project Description

The National Park Service is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for replacement of a water system in Moran in Grand Teton National Park.

The primary work of this contract will include, installation of a well house, water lines, wells, sewer lines, as well as demolition of existing components.

The basic requirements of this construction include the following scope items:

- Installation of two new wells

- Installation of water mains and well supply lines: 8-inch main transmission line, 4-inch well supply lines, and an 8-inch distribution line

- Installation of three fire hydrants

- Installation of water service connections

- Connection of new lines and replacement of old lines around the existing gravity water storage tank

- Installation of one air valve vault to serve the 8-inch and 4-inch line

- Installation of a trenchless section of line under the highway

- Installation of a new well house

- Installation of all electrical and SCADA components for wells and well house

- Replacement of sewer service lines and manholes

- Paving and sitework improvements

Instructions for Interested Parties, Capabilities:

If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.

Your email capability information MUST be 10 pages or less and be SPECIFIC to the scope provided for your company and any major proposed subcontractor. You must also provide a letter from your bonding company verifying your bonding levels. Include your firm's name, DUNS number, CAGE Code and identification/certification of business size and socioeconomic group in submissions responding to this notice.
