The contract will be placed and administered by Region 5, located in Chicago, IL, with the period of performance scheduled to begin in the month of June 2011. This will be a firm fixed price Performance Based contract with a three year base and two (2) two-year options. **Additional Information - The US EPA intends to award contracts for construction under this solicitation number, and for design and technical assistance under a different solicitation, both in support of the Great Lakes Program. Prime contractors and first tier subs will not be eligible for an award under both solicitations.
