CLIN0001- Power Converters and associated material


Extended Description: IAW Section C SOW Paragraph 3.0, the Contractor shall provide: Five each 480
VAC to 270 VDC Power Converters, Three 75 foot 270 VDC Cables, Two 100
foot 270 VDC Cables, Five Ground mounted stand-alone Aircraft Cable Hangars.


CLIN 0002- Start-up and Commissioning


Extended Description: IAW Section C SOW Paragraph 3.0, Contractor shall provide: commissioning to
include full run through of the system to verify its operation in accordance with the
performance requirements. It shall also include on-site hands-on training for to up
to six persons on the operation of the system after completion of the
commissioning process.

The Advanced Weapons Laboratory (AWL) at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA requires 5 each 480 VAC to 270 VDC Power Converters, including cables, support equipment and commissioning for use with the F-35 Aircraft. The Enclosure shall meet the requirements of NEMA Level 4 or Level 3 with windblown dust protection. Three (3) each 75 foot, 270 VDC Cables, Two (2) each 100 foot, 270 VDC Cables and Five (5) each Ground -Mounted stand-alone Aircraft Cable Hangars.

Effective June 11, 2018, entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov to apply only for federal assistance opportunities such as grants, loans, and other financial assistance programs, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. Five each 480 Volts of Alternating Current (VAC) to 270 Volts of Direct Current (VDC) Power Converters including cables, support equipment, and commissioning for use with the F-35 Aircraft. The power converters must meet the requirements of MIL-STD-704F, Unified Facilities Guide Specifications(UFGS) 26 35 44 and National Fire Protection Association(NFPA) 70. The Enclosure shall meet the requirements of NEMA Level 4 or Level 3 with windblown dust protection. Cable requirements include three (3) 75ft 270 VDC cables, two (2) 100ft 270 VDC cables, and five (5) ground mounted stand-alone aircraft cable hangers. Start-up and commissioning to be completed at China Lake.

Unit of Issue: Five each enclosures including associated cables and equipment.


Destination: China Lake, CA; FOB Destination


Delivery Schedule: Items to be delivered four to five months after contract award
