This requirement is for F-15 Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Infrastructure Support for F-15 aircraft. The OEM Infrastructure program provides services necessary to continuing OEM support and to sustain key OEM capabilities which requires post-production engineering and logistics services over the of the F-15 weapon system.
The period of performance for this requirement is planned for 5 years (1-year basic, 4-twelve month options). The Government anticipates to award this sole source effort to The Boeing Company. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will stratify agency requirements. Additionally, proprietary data rights are known to exist that are required to successfully performance this effort. This requirement consists of United States Air Force (USAF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, with FMS support being primarily the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) and Israeli Air Force (IAF).
The Government invites all sources who feel qualified to submit proposals and technical data for review. However, the Government requires that the awardee of this effort be ready to perform upon contract award. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
