This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
- The solicitation number is NSFDACS17P1022 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
- The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and 2005-95.
- The National Science Foundation is seeking support from an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business, however this synopsis/solicitation is a total small business set-aside for all small business concerns. The NAICS code for this synopsis/solicitation is 541611 and a small business size standard of $15 million.
- The Statement of Work describes the National Science Foundation's requirements for the EPSCoR evaluation.
