Grade
Definition

Excellent The quoters record of past performance ratings on relevant and recent projects indicates that excellent performance can be expected.

Very Good The quoters record of past performance ratings on relevant and recent projects indicates that very good performance can be expected.

Satisfactory The quoters record of past performance ratings on relevant and recent projects indicates that satisfactory performance can be expected.

Neutral Assigned to a quoter with no relevant and recent past performance or for whom information on past performance is not available.

Marginal
The quoters record of past performance ratings on relevant and recent projects indicates that marginal performance can be expected and the risk to successful completion of required tasks is moderate.
Unsatisfactory
The quoters record of past performance ratings on relevant and recent projects indicates that unsatisfactory performance can be expected and the risk of successful completion of required tasks is high.
