About this opportunity

The Department of the Interior Departmental Offices Interior Business Center seeks proposals to refurbish wood paneling and brass trim in 22 elevator cabs located in the Stewart Lee Udall Department of the Interior Building in Washington, DC. Proposals are due by April 16, 2021 and will be evaluated based on technical factors and price to select the best value proposal for award of a firm-fixed price contract. The selected contractor must have at least five years of experience performing similar refurbishment work and pricing shall be provided using Standard Form 1442.

The acquisition is set aside for total small business concerns. The work is to be performed from May 10, 2021 through July 9, 2021 at the Stewart Lee Udall Department of the Interior Building in Washington, DC. Evaluation will result in award of a firm-fixed price contract to restore ornamental bronze surfaces throughout the building to the best value proposal as determined by technical and price factors.
