Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, which considers technical acceptability, price, and past performance. The solicitation requires electronic quote submission to brian.brusky@usda.gov by 3:00 PM Central Time on April 25, 2025, with questions due by 1:00 PM Central on April 21, 2025. The first delivery is needed by approximately May 15, 2025, and full semi-load drops are not acceptable. Contractors must coordinate tank access with Scott Serwe and provide all items F.O.B. destination. While specific award value is not detailed, the procurement involves approximately 19,000 gallons of diesel fuel to be delivered throughout the 2025 agricultural season, with the government conducting a comprehensive evaluation to ensure both technical competence and cost-effectiveness of the proposed solution.
