Specification Document Project: Diesel fuel. Recurring delivery of premium off-road diesel fuel (summer blend) and premium off-road winter blend 50 percent number 1 and 50 percent number2 diesel
GENERAL INFORMATION
1.0 Scope of Work:
The USDA-Dairy Forage Research Farm in Prairie du Sac, WI seeks a 8-month contract for recurring deliveries of summer-blend premium off-road diesel fuel (19,000gal) and winter blend off-road diesel (50% number 1 and 50% number 2) (2500 gal).
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
2.0 Technical Requirements/Tasks
• Premium off-road summer-blend diesel (7 deliveries @ approximately 2500-3000 gallons per delivery). Delivery of the summer blend will occur in May, June July, August, September, October, November or until the 19,000 gallons is delivered.
Delivery will occur at farms request.
• Premium off- road winter blend 50% number 1 and 50% number 2 (1 delivery of approximately 2500 gal) To be delivered in the month of December. Delivery will occur at farms request.
• Pictures below of delivery location (Please note the tight working area) and the tank fill.
• Can not except full semi load drops.
3.0 Deliverables/Schedule
• Delivery to USDA Dairy Forage Research Farm-Prairie du Sac. Include in quote:
delivery charges.
• Deliveries (2500-3000 gallons per delivery) approximately every 25-35 days
• Deliver to underground diesel fuel tank at Prairie du Sac farm (S8822 Sunset Drive, Prairie du Sac, WI 53578)
• First delivery needed by approximately 5-15-2025
• Each delivery must occur within 3 business days of farm request
• Delivery driver must contact Scott Serwe 608-574-0711 with a verbal notification of the expected delivery time for the tank to be unlocked
