Source Sought for Denial Barrier and Pedestrian Walkway.
The Contractor and / or Sub-Contractor shall be an approved and authorized installer for the two lane system non-hydraulic Ground Retractable 90 degree flip up active vehicle barrier net/cable system and associated hardware and software. The Contractor shall provide their letter of authorization from Manufacture authorizing the installation, test and repair all active vehicle barrier system products with their proposal. The Contractor shall be responsible for suppling all letters of authorization for the sub-contractor.
The contractor shall be required to demolition and install a concrete sidewalk. Remove steel bollards, remove chainlink fence, remove traffic stripping, remove cantilever gates and remove asphalt pavement.
The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

If qualified and interested, per the definition above, please submit a letter (maximum of 3 pages) via email stating the following:
1) Name of your company, address, point of contact with phone number, e-mail address, DUNS number, and fax number.
2) Your company's interest in submitting a proposal once solicitation is issued.
3) Business size for the assigned NAICS code. In addition to the size of business.
4) Company's capability to perform a contract of this magnitude and complexity by including a brief description of at least (3) project, customer names and phone numbers, timeliness of performance, and dollar values of the projects.
5) Describe your company's bonding capability.Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to Terrence Johnson at Terrence.Johnson@fletc.dhs.gov.


Respondents must submit a capability statement and response requirements to Terrence .Johnson at terrence.johnson@fletc.dhs.gov no later than the specified due date and time indicated on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) for consideration.
