The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia has a requirement to procure Data Coordinating Center Services for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted - full and open. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for all proposal instructions, submission guidelines, and page limitations.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services.
The Government will solicit and award this contract using Contracting by Negation acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR 15. The Government may make award without discussions. The Government is not required to conduct discussions and request revised proposals, however the Government may do so if necessary. Therefore, the offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint.
CDC reserves the right to make a single award or no award at all as a result of this RFP. In addition, the RFP may be amended or canceled as necessary to meet CDC's requirements.
It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Offerors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the System for Award Management - www.sam.gov. The offeror must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). All responsible sources may submit an offer in accordance with the attached solicitation.
DUE DATES FOR QUESTIONS AND PROPOSALS:
Questions are due NLT 2PM EDT on June 7, 2016.
It is anticipated that government Responses to Questions will be sent to all offerors NLT 2PM EST on June 9, 2016.
Proposals are due on or before June 20, 2016 at 10:00AM E.D.T.
