This is a Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Competitive quotes are being requested under 17-Q-0009. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses; NAICS code 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million and will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award.

This procurement effort is for equipment modernization and reprogramming of the Crestron control system located in the command general's conference room at Marine Corps Forces Command (MARFORCOM) in Norfolk, VA. The site will require design, implementation, testing and life cycle support including digital upgrades to the existing video switching system, replacement of end of life monitors, integration of control systems, secure switching of video-teleconferencing, and audio integration expansion. Completion of services is required by 31 May 2017.
