Added: May 19, 2015 1:09 pm The Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure Consolidated Pharmaceutical items for multiple CMOP's. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This solicitation is posted as unrestricted. Multiple awards might be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package VA770-15-Q-0115 shall be posted on FedBizOpps (FBO) from May 19, 2015 and will be open for bid until May 22, 2015, 11:00 am EST, for expected delivery on or before June 05, 2015. Solicitation packages will ONLY be accepted through email. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. Responses are expected only from vendors that can provide the requirement by the delivery date specified or earlier. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FBO for changes or amendments. Pedigrees are required for all medications awarded for each of the CMOP's.
