The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the formation of coalitions and/or teams of experts developed to support the DEA 360 Strategy by way of two components: a series of community summits, and community building through training and technical assistance into a program formed to create and maintain safe, healthy and drug-free communities. The period of performance is from December 2015-November 2017.
In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA), as they are the principal international substance abuse prevention organization supporting community-based coalitions.
All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted to Catherine.n.statler@usdoj.gov no later than December 17, 2015 at 11:00 am EST.
