The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake requires the purchase of a new Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Simulator. A GNSS Simulator is a computer equipped with radio frequency (RF) equipment that generates Global Positioning System (GPS) signals virtually identical to the signals produced by actual GPS satellites. A controlled, customizable simulation of GPS signals allows users to test GPS equipment and develop and evaluate GPS and navigation scenarios that may occur in the field.

The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) under Full and Open Competition for Firm Fixed Price (FFP) R&D contract(s) under NAICS code 334111.
